INVESTMENT HISTORY

mRA's initial mission was to provide fee-based strategic planning services to clients of Davidson Fohs & Associates Accountancy Corporation. Over the years, we realized that clients were having difficulty implementing our advice with regards to real estate investing. In response, mRA evolved from merely recommending real estate investing to actually creating real estate investment opportunities for friends, family and clients. mRA syndicated its first Affiliate in California in 1980.

mRA is currently the General Partner or Managing Member of 11 different real estate investment entities that own over $70 million of real estate for the benefit of more than 90 investors. Our investments consist of both commercial and residential properties including retail, R&D, medical buildings and over 900 apartment units.

Historically, mRA invested exclusively in California, but was introduced to real estate opportunities in Arkansas in 2005. Since then mRA has moved its center of investment activity to the Mid-South area of the United States: Eastern Oklahoma, Southwestern Missouri, and Arkansas.
