ABOUT MRA

myRetirementASSETS (mRA) is a real estate management and syndication company. mRA controls subsidiaries ("Affiliates") that engage in the business of owning and leasing real estate properties in a number of different locations including California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

mRA invests in a combination of commercial and residential properties including multi-family apartment complexes, retail, R&D, and medical buildings.

mRA's management team consists of CEO - Robert J Davidson, CPA; Controller - Gary Rauscher, CPA; and Operations Manager - Zack Davidson.

mRA manages its investments from the headquarters in Santa Cruz, California and an office in Springfield, Missouri.
