INVESTMENT INFORMATION

mRA facilitates the purchase of real estate through the formation of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs). These LLCS are stand alone entities that allow ownership interest in properties to investors through the purchase of shares.

•   Class A Shares provide a higher rate of return but no      tax shelter,

•   Class B Shares provide a moderate rate of return with      investment growth and a tax shelter,

•   Blended Shares are a combination of Class A and Class      B shares. This type of investment can offer the best      attributes of each Share Class.

Tenancies in common are another form of ownership that provide for tax free exchanges of property.
