CLASS A SHARES
These shares are designed to appeal to investors seeking a higher return and relative liquidity. This investment produces portfolio income for tax purposes at a high yield. All class A shares are held in investment pools by either Santa Cruz Income Investors LLC (SCII) or by Soquel Financial. SCII invests in quality real estate by purchasing interest in Limited Liability Companies managed by mRA.
An investor can invest additional funds, reinvest earnings, and/or take distributions of principal, with reasonable notice. Our class A pools are currently yielding 7.75%.
