myRetirementASSETS began as a way for Robert Davidson to provide fee-based investment advice to clients of Davidson Fohs & Associates Accountancy Corporation. However, clients with limited resources at their disposal had difficulty taking full advantage of that advice. To fill that void, Bob moved from merely recommending investments to acquiring and managing real estate investments for his clients.
Today, with thirty years of a successful investment history, Bob has positioned mRA as the General Partner or Managing Member of 12 different real estate investment entities that own nearly $100 million of real estate for the benefit of more than 100 investors. mRA’s investments consist of both commercial and residential properties including retail, R&D, medical buildings and 1,434 apartment units in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri.
The strength of myRetirementASSETS’ investment model is mainly in the fact that the principals come to real estate from a background of accounting. As such, the investments picked are scanned for their economic and tax benefits. mRA’s investments remain solid even in times of economic and real estate turmoil and market downturns because mRA does not buy in hot markets.
